Marionette lines are the creases that run from the corners of the mouth down towards the chin. As we age, this becomes more noticeable due to the loss of volume from our cheeks, and skin laxity. These creases often cause a natural ‘sad’ look/expression. As we continue to age, it is common for these lines to progress to form jowls.

During the consultation process, it may be suggested to inject the cheeks in addition to the marionette lines, using varying thicknesses of dermal filler.
